I found yoga for me a few years a go    at yoga center "Hridia".
From the first moment I felt and I knew it is exacltly what I was looking for. Yoga is love toward the world and mostly toward your own personality. Yoga is a harmony, calmness and certainty. Thanks to yoga I rediscovered my self. Also I became one conscious person. I learned that while I'm doing something with true heart then reaches the people and touches them aswell. Yoga is one of the most important things in life. It shows me the right direction and inspires my soul. Yoga makes me feel...... like I'm home.

My name is Gergana Hristova.

Sport has been an integral part of my life since early childhood. I have been involved in athletics, martial arts, fitness, tabata.

Since 2011 I have been an aerobics and step-aerobics instructor, after specialized licensed training in Sofia. Since then, I have had my aerobics school Dynamic Sports Club.

I also take classes for beginners and advanced students in other schools. I believe that aerobics brings health and energy, shapes the muscles of the body, and makes the ladies' look more feminine.

Hello,

I am Eli and I have been doing sports /kickboxing and boxing / fitness for over 20 years.

I am TAE-BO instructor with AAAI-ISMA  certificate from 2015. I have classes three times a week at SC AJAX  in Burgas. In my fitness hall I also have group and individual workouts on Tae Bo, Tabata and gymnastics for weight loss.
