Once the user has purchased a club card, within 24 hours he/she will receive an e-mail from an administrator confirming activation of the card andinstructions at the customer’s e-mail address.
When using the card for sports activities and transfers it is necessary the cardholder to log into their user profile at www.smpm.bg then choose the service they want to use and make the payment. Each user will see the preferential prices of services relevant to the club card they own.
When using the card in restaurants and shops at Santa Marina it is required that the cardholder to inform in advance the servicing employee they own such a card and to provide it upon request of the bill. The discount is not valid for organized events (excluding birthday parties for SILVER and GOLD club cards), promotional and festive offers.
When using a discount for birthday party, the card must be presented together with a document certifying date of birth.It is not allowed to migrate from one type of club card to another card by paying the difference in the price between the two. If a customer has one type of card and wants another kind, he / she need to buy a new card. All cards are valid until 31.01.2018. The card is the only bearer of information for discount. Duplicates of cards can not not be issued. If a card is defected, it will be replaced with another of the same type with a new number. The old card must be returned and destroyed. The procedure can only happen at the office in Villa 310. If a card is lost, a new card of the same type will be issued for a fee of 20 leva. The old card will be deactivated.
